fitness: social dancing!

effort 5/5 time: 01.30, feeling: great

LOTS of dancing. Tempos: you are all mine. Found my solo stuff is rocking and I had the fitness to dance lindy fast, but I need more actual lindy practice at higher tempos to make it work properly.
Hips, knees and right foot are quite sore today (day after), but in a lots-of-use way.
