Excellent! The Unity Hall band plays excellently long, fast songs. They do take long set breaks, though, so these weren’t two straight hours.

Hot, sweaty fun. Rock n roll! Lindy hop! Actually really felt the week’s exercise – bit fatigued and lacking the stamina during the night. Though actual fitness is good.

I find 2 hours is a bit much for my brain, but not too much for my body. So I use some of my allotted 2 hours to warm up and down.
