fitness: lunch time swim

Yesterday was hot, today was COLD and it finally stopped raining long enough for me to get to the pool.
I swam a bit faster and got in two extra laps. I could have done two more in the 30mins but there were 3 million primary schoolers about to start their lessons. My backstroke is improving, and I finally figured out that my hand is really important to freestyle.
I <3 swimming, it undoes all my muscles knots and aches.
